Bill Spikowski of Spikowski Planning Associates is a nationally renowned lecturer on form-based codes and board member of the Form-Based Codes Institute. Mr. Spikowski has many years experience writing both conventional land-use zoning codes and form-based codes. He has also served in his home town of Fort Myers, Florida, as a member of the Planning Board.
